Our airfreight shipping charges or when indicated free shipping charges are valid for all countries worldwide.


We would like to point out, that our shipping charges are based on the total weight of your shopping cart.
We also would like to point out, that we can not ship to (DHL)Packing-stations or Lockboxes.

Your shipping charge is calculated by the total weight of your shipment. Every Shopping cart is including a basic airfreight charge of 1.50 USD. Every item in our shop is (based on its own weight) assigned to one of the following shipping categories.

You buy 3 items with the shipping category "X", then your shipping charges add up to:
1.5 USD + 3 x 0.00 USD = 1.50 USD

You buy 2 items with the shipping category "X", and 1 item with the shipping category "A" and 1 item with the shipping category "B" , then your shipping charges add up to:
1.50 USD + 2 x 0.00USD + 1 x 0.30 USD + 1 x 0.50 USD = 2.30 USD

US Customs Regulations for Foreign-Bought items:

Packages whose declared value is under $200 ($100 if being sent as a gift to someone other than the purchaser) will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP(Customs and Border Protection). However, CBP always reserves the right to require a formal entry for any importation and generally exercises this option if there is something unusual about the importation, or if important documents such as an invoice or bill of sale do not accompany the item.

To speed a package through CBP examination at a port's International Mail Branch, the seller should affix a completed CN 22 or CN 23 to the outside of the package. This form may be obtained at local post offices worldwide.

Canada Customs Regulations for Foreign-Bought Items:

According to the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency):
Under the provisions of the Postal Imports Remission Order, if someone mails you an item worth CAN$20 or less, you don’t have to pay duty or taxes on the item.

Australia Customs Regulations for Foreign-Bought Items:

Generally, there is no requirement to pay duty and Goods and Services Tax (GST) on imported goods valued at or below A$1000, except for alcohol and/or tobacco products.

UK Customs Regulations for Foreign-Bought Items:

For goods sent from non-EU countries you have to pay VAT if they’re worth more than £15. If it’s a gift, for example from a friend or relative, you only have to pay VAT if it’s worth more than £36.

Returns:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your received goods, you have naturally the right, to simply return it to us within 7 days after receiving the item. We are more than happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit or refund. Return shipments can be send to Germany or to Hong Kong. If, by any reason, you want to return the received item to us please contact us prior to that by email. Thereupon we will provide you with a return-code which you will be needed to write on the package from outside. This return-code is needed for our internal affairs of handling all incoming return shipments.

Damaged goods, incorrectly delivered products or cancellation:
Please check products received immediatelly against your order. If a product is damaged, incorrectly delivered or if you change your mind and simply want to cancel a product delivered by us, please inform us by phone or e-mail within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of any damaged, incorrectly delivered or cancelled products if we have not been informed by you within 7 days of delivering them. Products should be returned in their original packaging, promptly at the customer cost. If you choose to return a product to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the transit process and we reserve the right to charge you or not to refund any amounts attributable to such loss or damage. We therefore recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Guarantee
Our service is designed to make you feel satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with any item from us, you may return it within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund, including any outward postal charge. This special no-big-discussion guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. We do not want you to accept anything from us that is not completely satisfactory for you.

Despatch of orders:
We aim to despatch orders the same day by our economy international airmail post or if required express delivery agent (transportation surcharges may apply for express deliveries). We aim to keep stock of all items, but should anything be temporarily unavailable or delayed for reasons beyond our control we will keep you informed. If by any reason we are unable to supply the product ordered we will inform you and, if you have already paid, refund you in full amount.

Delivery time:
Our worldwide average delivery time for all economy airmail deliveries is about 3-2 weeks. This delivery timescales vary depending on your country address and holidays. Your item will be send within 24h after receiving your paiment - even during weekends -.

All items will be shipped by economy airmail from Hong Kong and should arrive at your destination within 3-2 weeks. The Express delivery takes usually 3-4 working days and is the perfect solution for all last minute gift shoppings. If you decide to choose the Express delivery please let us know in advance and we will inform you about the additional shipping charges to your destination.
